Join It's My Heart New England for our biggest CHD Awareness event in Connecticut as we take over the August 24 Hartford Yard Goat game!

We will be selling 300 discounted tickets ($7 each, all ages) to this great event and all are welcome - heart families, angel families, heart friends, co-workers, community members, general baseball lovers and non-profit supporters.

This year’s walk will take place on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Endicott Park in Danvers, MA. This 1 or 2 mile or 5K non-competitive Walk will take you through beautiful Endicott Park and Glen Magna Farms and will end with a FREE family fun picnic that will have a raffle, food, and activities for kids of all ages.
